It is hosted within the One Planet Sustainable Tourism Programme’s website, and includes Recommended Actions for tourism stakeholders across the world to consider as part of their action planning.

Over 12 months in 2022 and into 2023, Group NAO, in association with Global Destinations Sustainability Movement, The Travel Foundation, TCI Research and City Destination Alliance (CityDNA) engaged in wide-range research, case studies, masterclasses, learnings labs, boot camps, and conferencing, before delivering a white paper on public engagement in tourism in the summer of 2022.
