Yvonne Frenzel is the Finance Manager for GDS Movement, based in Düsseldorf, from which she works closely with the CFO to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and the continued development of finance processes.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and is CIMA-qualified. Her career began in Leeds within a fashion retail business, before moving to London where she gained experience in a FTSE-listed organisation. Across established companies and growing businesses, she has been drawn to roles where she can bring structure, clarity, and a steady hand to evolving finance functions.

Yvonne enjoys understanding how a business really works, connecting the numbers to what is happening day to day, and working with colleagues to make sense of it all. Known for her approachable and pragmatic style, she focuses on making finance feel useful, accessible, and grounded.

After taking time out to relocate to Germany, she has returned to finance with a fresh perspective and a strong appreciation for collaborative, people-focused ways of working.
