Dudley Council's climate commitment is creating a sustainable borough on its way to net zero carbon emissions, improved air quality, reduced fuel poverty and outstanding waste and recycling services. The Dudley Council Climate Action Plan 2024-2027 Phase One is Dudley Council’s response to our declaration of a climate emergency, which set net zero carbon targets of 2030 for the Council and 2041 for the Borough. The 3-year plan sets out the key actions required for the Council to get to net-zero carbon by 2030.
