"Reshape the World of MICE" at the 2022 AMF. It explores post-pandemic transformation and techniques to raise event engagement and dissects megatrends of the MICE industry. Also on the agenda: the impact and legacy of MICE sustainability, in addition to methods to prepare for a major return to incentive travel.



Guy Bigwood, Chief Changemaker and CEO of Global Destination Sustainability Movement (GDS-Movement), will present "Green MICE: Legacy and Impact" at 14h30 local time on 6 September 2022.

GDS-Movement's senior changemaker, Milda Salciute, will be present at the first in-person ICCA Global Association Community Forum to share her knowledge in a session titled, "a Regenerative Approach to Event Management", 5-7 September 2022.

This session will explore an holistic approach to regenerating a destination's social, environmental, and economic aspects through events. Furthermore, Milda will discuss collaboration in carbon emissions measurement and reduction with Anna Abdelnour from isla.

The "ICCA Global Association Community Forum brings together global association executives and meeting suppliers in a collaborative setting to explore innovative meeting design with a focus on regeneration and legacy impact".

GDS-Movement's Chief Changemaker and CEO, Guy Bigwood, will lead an interactive and dynamic workshop on the 'Sustainable KLCC Precinct: Co-creating, a Day with a Sustainability Guru' on 2nd September 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is an invitation-only event.

In this workshop, participants will discover how to create and manage a regenerative destination. This is particularly important as various stakeholders' demand for greater social responsibility and environmental performance has been increasing rapidly.
