- Small teams or those with data gaps
- NTOs seeking to develop the sustainability journeys of a group of destinations
- Destinations needing to build internal sustainability performance skills, ensure greater stakeholder alignment, or develop better data practices
- Teams wanting to “test-drive” the GDS-Index approach with a lower resource commitment
