Claudia has over 15 years of experience in sustainable tourism management for governments, businesses, and international organisations. Passionate about cultural heritage from a young age, she studied tourism and began her career in Peru as a tourism consultant. She served as Assurance Manager at GSTC, creating sustainable tourism standards, and as a Tourism Specialist for Perus Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. Claudia has worked across Latin America and Europe, leading projects in diverse environments. She holds advanced degrees in tourism management and currently lives in Cornwall, UK. She enjoys running, cinema, and puzzles, and leads the GDS-Index at GDS-Movement.
