Kozue is a sustainability strategist and EU-Japan industrial collaboration specialist who built a career of over a decade in tourism and hospitality across Australia, Japan, and the Netherlands. In 2020, she founded Horizon Green, an Amsterdam-based advisory practice supporting EU-Japan collaboration in circular economy and energy transition, working across both European and Japanese organisations in the private and public sectors. She is a Regional Consultant at the Global Destination Sustainability Movement and a GDS-Index Assessor.
