She holds a master’s degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Sustainable Tourism Management from George Washington University. Additionally, she possesses two professional certifications in Sustainable Tourism, one from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and another from the International Institute of Tourism Studies.
Mary supports participating GDS-Index destinations from North America in improving their sustainable performance towards regeneration.
Mary resides in the Colorado Rocky Mountains in the United States, surrounded by the abundant natural beauty of the mountains and rivers. She enjoys spending time connecting with nature through activities such as hiking in the mountains, swimming in the rivers, mountain biking in the summer, and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.
