To develop a long-term sustainable events strategy for the ESCRS Congress that would evolve over time, guide decision-making across host cities, and align with ESCRS’s wider values, ESG goals, and commitment to responsible medical events.

Withstrong foundations, evolving KPIs, and repeatable processes, the strategy has become a cornerstone of ESCRS’s identity and credibility as aresponsible congress organiser.​​

• Delivered a tailored Sustainable Events Strategy covering all aspects of congress planning and operations​
• Conducted a kick-off strategy workshop with ESCRS to define SMART goals, roles, and an implementation roadmap​
• Established a set of core sustainability KPIs and targets, adaptable to each host destination​
• Developed a formal Sustainability Policy for the Congress​
• Provided procurement guidelines and tools to embed sustainability into supplier engagement and contracting​
• Integrated the strategy with broader SDG, ESG, and brand positioning goals ofESCRS​
